CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS

The Capital Improvement Fund will help Durham County Library build world-class facilities that embody the role of libraries as centers of community life.  Contributions to the Capital Improvement Fund will be used to help refurbish the Main Library.  New paint, carpets, and lighting are needed now.
